  • How do I enrol?

    You can choose your class and enrol through our Customer Portal.

    Your booking will roll over each week and your card on file will be charged each Monday morning for the lesson that week.

  • What are your business hours?

    We have classes each week day morning from 7.30am and afternoons from 2.30pm, some evenings we are open until 6.30pm. On Saturdays we have classes 7.30am - 12.30pm.

    We are closed on Sundays, Public Holidays and School Holidays.

  • How much are your lessons?

    $23 per group lesson (increase $1 on July 1 2024)

    $86 per private lesson (increase $4 on July 1 2024)

    You will be charged the first lesson upon enrolment and then weekly on a Monday morning after that. 


  • How do I advise of an absence for sickness or holiday?

    If you or your child are sick please stay at home. Sick patrons will not be admitted into our facility.


    All absences must be recorded in the customer portal at least 2 hours prior to the start of the scheduled class. This is an excused absence and will create a make-up token.


    Lessons will still be charged to hold the spot in the class. 


    Whilst phone and email notifications are courteous they WILL NOT create a make-up token.


    Private Lesson Absence Policy

    All private lesson cancellations will be charged full fee unless 12 hours notice is given through the customer portal. If 12 hours notice is given an account credit will be given for the absent lesson.

  • What is a Make-up token?

    Make-up tokens will be added to your account the day after the excused absence. 

    Make-up tokens have a 365-day expiry date.

    Make-up tokens are not a credit and will not be refunded and cannot be used in place of a regular enrolled

    lesson.

    Make-up tokens cannot be transferred to other program participants including siblings. 

    Once a make-up lesson is booked, it cannot be revoked. If cancelled, a new make-up token will not be created.

    Make-up lessons are an additional lesson and offered where available space exists in another class of the

    same level and lesson price, on a different time or day of the week. 

    To book in for a make-up lesson participants must be currently enrolled. 

    Make-up lessons can only be booked 7 days in advance. 

    Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

    All make-up lessons are to be booked using make-up tokens in the Customer Portal

  • How much are your lessons?

    Each Group Lesson is $23 (this will increase by $1 on July 1 2024)


    Each Private lesson is $86 (this will increase to $90 on July 1 2024)


    Our payment system charges weekly on Monday mornings for upcoming lessons. You may pay in advance for the term or month over the counter or bank transfer if you wish.


    Bookings automatically roll over each week, including over school holidays, until you make changes. 


    Notify us of future absences for makeup tokens, though charges still apply. 


    Cancel bookings via the customer portal with 14 days' notice; late cancellations incur two weeks' charges. 

  • What is your billing process?

    Charges are applied and auto-charged each Monday morning. Payments are in advance for the number of lessons in the week.

    Our bookings automatically roll over each week including over holiday periods. Your class time is secure until you make a change by dropping or transferring.


    If you are sick or going away - you can put in a ‘future absence’ and get a make-up token to use later. Lessons will still be charged to hold the spot in the class. 


    If you do wish to cancel your booking – you can at anytime by going to the customer portal > my account > drop request 


    14 days notice is required to drop a class - 2 weeks lessons will be charged if 14 days notice is not given.


  • What makes C-Me Swim flexible for busy families?

    If you work shift work, have split custody or just a busy life...


    Our make-up lesson policy makes flexibiltiy possible.


    You will still enrol for one 'regular lesson' each week. 


    The days that you cannot make this you can put in a 'future absence'.


    You will receive a make-up token.


    You can then book in an additional lesson another time. This will mean that if you do alternate weeks you will have 2 lessons one week and none the next.


    This arrangement is easily done through our customer portal but our regular policies apply with make-up tokens and lesson availability. 

  • What are your opening dates?

    Regular lessons will run in line with the QLD State School Term Dates 

    School Holidays - We will not have regular lessons in school holidays so you will not be charged for them. 

    Public Holidays - C-Me Swim School will be closed on QLD Public Holidays. You will not be charged for these days.

    We may run optional school holiday lessons as an additional booking.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    If we need to cancel lessons due to weather events, teacher absence or mandated closures less than 7 days we will notify via email and apply a make-up lesson to your account. 

    If Government mandated closures over 7 days are enforced we will put all future payments on hold, maintaining the enrolment until re-opening date and apply account credits (not refunds) for remaining lessons that have been charged.
